Return & Refund Policy

Jaxily LLC ("Jaxily") operates jaxily.com and curates book recommendations through our BestsellerFinder product. How returns work depends on what you purchased:

Book purchases (via Amazon)

When you click a book link on BestsellerFinder or related Jaxily properties, you are redirected to Amazon.com to complete your purchase. Jaxily does not process payments or fulfill book orders.

Returns and refunds for books are handled entirely by Amazon under Amazon's return policy for the format you purchased (Kindle, paperback, hardcover, audiobook, etc.). To start a return or request a refund, visit your Amazon order history or Amazon Customer Service.

Jaxily software & digital services

For subscriptions or digital products sold directly by Jaxily (e.g., PushPDF, SpeakLucid, SourceLucid), refund eligibility is stated on each product's pricing or checkout page. Unless otherwise stated at purchase:

  • — Digital subscriptions may be canceled at any time; refunds for partial billing periods are not guaranteed.
  • — Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you believe you were charged in error.

Author promotion services (BestsellerFinder)

Paid placement fees for book promotion are generally non-refundable once the placement period has begun. If a placement was not delivered as described, contact us within 7 days.
